About
As the Head of Customer Support at BeamJobs, my job is the greatest, as I get to interact with the people who make BeamJobs, BeamJobs—YOU, the customer. I oversee the entire customer experience, ensuring that every user receives timely, empathetic, and effective support. I'm here to help you navigate our platform with ease, resolving issues efficiently while identifying opportunities to improve our services.
My role involves developing support strategies, analyzing feedback to enhance user satisfaction, and collaborating across departments to ensure our customers’ voices are heard and reflected in our product improvements. Ultimately, my goal is to make every interaction with BeamJobs a positive and empowering experience, so if you need me, hit that [email protected] email address and watch me work my magic.
I attended and graduated from Full Sail University, where I majored in Entertainment Business. I graduated at the top of my class and earned my school's prestigious Course Directors' Award. Throughout my education, I've been honored with awards such as the President's Award and the Award of Excellence.
I currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia, and I've been working for BeamJobs since April 2022. In my spare time, I write and produce music. I work both as an engineer and an artist, which is what I initially went to school for: to learn the business side of the entertainment industry. I've been in the recording studio and collaborated with artists such as Nelly, B.o.B., Tyrese, and Day26. My dream collaboration would be to work with Drake or Trey Songz as an artist and Dr. Dre or Scott Storch as a producer.
Top skills
Favorite BeamJobs tool: cover letter generator
My favorite BeamJobs tool is easily the AI cover letter generator. Creating and writing a cover letter was one of the most requested services from our customers when I first joined the company. The ability to not only create but also have AI software write a customized cover letter based on a customer’s resume and the job they are applying for is ideal.
Highlights
Worst career move
Fresh out of college, I worked for a local magazine company as a content writer. I was promised $0.10 per word for each article or review that I wrote, and let’s just say, I’m still waiting for payday.
Best career move
Joining BeamJobs as a Customer Support Specialist. I’ve worked remotely for 10+ years now, but BeamJobs is easily the best company I have worked for. I genuinely feel valued and appreciated for the work I put in.
Memorable fact
I share a birthday with one of my favorite rappers in DMX, and my favorite wrestler of all-time, Stone Cold Steve Austin—how cool is that?
